“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”
– Mark 16:15

We are to be sanctified through the truth. There is an abundance of work to be done by those under the guidance and control of the Holy Spirit. God can use men and women of consecration to open the way to reach hearts with His truth. And from many missionary fields there come urgent calls for more workers who are able… to see and realize the necessity of establishing centers of influence and training. A great work is to be done in a short time. (1)

A special work is to be done for the churches. The commission is given by Christ to His disciples: “All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you, and lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.” [Matthew 28:18-20.] (See also Mark 16:14-18.)

Here is set forth the work of God’s ministers who give the last message of warning to the world. There is to be a power in the gospel ministry. The three angels’ messages are to be combined, giving their threefold light to the world. In the Revelation, John says, “I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. … And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye partake not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.” [Revelation 18:1, 2, 4, 5.] This represents the giving of the last and threefold message of warning to the world. (See also Revelation 22:10-17.) (2)

The message to be proclaimed at this time includes the two previous messages; all three are going forth to the world, to make ready a people to stand in the great day of God’s preparation. …

Oh, our faith must not fail, our hope must be kept bright amid trial and opposition, our zeal must not be quenched, for the Lord God has given messages of warning and mercy that are to kindle a fire of holy activity that shall not be extinguished until He sends forth judgment unto victory. (3)
